Το The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom κέρδισε το Adventure Game of the Year, το Alan Wake 2 το βραβείο Art Direction prize, ενώ στο Cocoon απονεμήθηκε το Independent Game Award.
Όπως γνωρίζαμε εδώ και μερικές ημέρες, ο Koji Kondo, ο βετεράνος sound director της Nintendo, γνωστός για τη δουλειά του στις σειρές Mario και Zelda έγινε ο πρώτος συνθέτης που εντάσσεται στο AIAS Hall of Fame.
